刘强东和京东的故事
这本书是当年的互联网知名人物方兴东的互联网口述历史的系列中的一部。全书前半部是刘强东口述他的幼年时期、小学、中学、大学的经历,以及成长和几次创业,还有京东的演变,其中不乏一些美化和宣传;后半部分是刘强东展望京东未来。 京东名字是怎么来的?刘强东曾有个女友,名字里有个京,他把两人名字各取一字,就成了京东。 我为什么要看这本书?因为平时网上购物用一些京东。这本书就是京东网上买的。说实话,他们的物流快,但整个购物体验比较同质化,虽然刘强东一直强调这是京东的命根子,与亚马逊、天猫并没有很大区别。 京东是如何成功的?肯定少不了刘强东本人的投入。他从小立志出人头地,大学期间就做生意,上班后不久就辞职到中关村自己摆摊卖刻录机;另外也的确足够聪明,农村出身的他能吃苦,(他生于1974年,比比人家我又是一声长叹),有足够的韧性能百折不挠抗打击。当然,时势造英雄,也是他在正确的时间做里正确的事,中国消费社会的建成也给他创造了大环境。他想出人头地做一番事业,想赚钱的资本家就给他机会。他似乎也很喜欢各种社会名誉,像Trump一样,bad press is better than no press,反正是免费的广告。他利用大量农村子弟做自己的快递,也是在用廉价劳动力在创造自己的价值。 书里也提到了京东的管理(京东集团貌似有十几万员工了)。首先要简单,不能太复杂;流程简化; 团队8150原则:每个高层管的人不能少于8人,少了就砍掉这个职位;不能多于15人;基层管理不能少于50人; 一拖二原则:新来的领导带的人不能超过两人,如果有,只能在其他部门任职,避免拉帮结派,或者以后这个领导走了,整个部门一下子完了;这个有点意思。 24小时原则:下属交上来的申请上级24小时内必须明确批复,不能拖。 人事决定由上级和N+1决定,HR只是辅助。 价值观与能力原则:价值观第一,能力第二。 333原则:ppt不能超过3页,开会不超过30分钟,同一议题争论不能超过3次。 备份原则:每个职位必须有备选方案,否则不能提拔。没有人有所谓的安全感。
